Matt has helped me a lot with regaining my good posture and also through sessions of massage with my back, arms, shoulders, legs etc…. I highly reccommend anyone requiring a good therapist to ease muscular ahes and pains/strains to go to Matt. He has a very friendly open manner which puts you very much at ease. Matt also gave me advice on how to help myself further through the use of yoga…..( Go on people ! “Don’t be shy give Matt a try”! )
