I developed mid-upper back pain and stiffness due to sitting at a work desk with poor postural set-up. For the last few years I been receiving monthly maintenance sessions with Mattie and I always leave the session feeling remarkably better. Mattie has also expertly aided swifter recoveries from my occasional mountain biking and skiing injuries.
