As long as I can remember I’ve had particularly tight hamstrings and have been in varying degrees of pain in my shoulders and upper back from scoliosis developed during my early teens. After several sessions of chiropractic treatment and not really feeling a tremendous difference, I have been going to see Mattie for regular treatments for my back, hips and hamstrings. The deep tissue work and myofascial release has greatly reduced the tension around my scapula and back in my rhomboids, trapezius and lats which has greatly improved my posture and straightened my back. Aside from the odd twinge every now and then I’m more or less pain free, all thanks to Mattie’s great skill and attention to detail in providing his treatments.
